Service Description. This Site describes Residential Window Cleaning, Commercial Window Cleaning, Screen Cleaning, Glass Cleaning, Window Detailing, Mirror Cleaning, Glass Door Cleaning provided by Northline Window. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Northline Window and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Northline Window may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. Northline Window makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northline Window's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Northline Window in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northline Window from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. AZ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AZ.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
